Recently, Dick Fischer, owner of Cosmo's Italian Kitchen, recently held a Chamber of Commerce event to start an Aliso Viejo chapter. This was the first steering committees meeting. It was held May 9th 2012 and many local businesses and business leaders attended. 71 people attended and we want to thank all of them for coming.
